Safety and its provisions in Islamic jurisprudence (a comparative study)

Abstract

Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and extend your prayers and complete greetings to our master Muhammad and upon him

God and all his companions. There is no doubt that our Islamic nation has experienced, throughout the ages and ages, situations of wars and invasions, and in some cases it may need safety to regroup the ranks or to reorganize the structure of the invading or defending army, and perhaps safety with warlike infidels is the means for that. In addition to that, Islamic law came to Muslims and others, such that if a polytheist asked for safety from Muslims, they would secure his life, his property, and his family, because Islamic law did not bring the sword or bloodshed, but rather tolerance, which brought mercy and benevolence to the entire world. God Almighty said: (And We have not sent you except as a mercy.

To the worlds) The Prophets 107 And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, says ((I am only a mercy that is guided) (((And for the sake of that mercy and humanity that the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, brought to humanity, he legislated safety, in exceptional cases in order to stop the bleeding. The reason we chose this topic is what the country is going through. From difficult and critical circumstances, and perhaps at times we needed safety and appeasement with the invading occupier in order to restore our calculations.
