This research aims to highlight the importance and necessity of Prophetic guidance in achieving mental health compared to the Western perspective, elucidate the comprehensive Prophetic methodology for dealing with frustration, and design effective teaching mechanisms to enhance psychological resilience among learners. Its significance lies in revealing the shortcomings of Western psychological studies and presenting an integrated Prophetic approach that combines authenticity and effectiveness, while providing practical educational tools for teachers to build psychological immunity in students. The research addresses the question: How can teaching the Prophetic methodology for dealing with frustration be employed to achieve mental health and positive societal impact? The research adopted a descriptive, analytical, and deductive approach in studying situations from the Prophet's biography. The research plan consisted of an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion. The first chapter addressed mental health between the Western and Prophetic perspectives, presenting key definitions, explaining the need for Prophetic guidance, and examining frustration's dimensions and implications. The second chapter explored the Prophetic methodology through three sections: preventive methods (cognitive reframing, building supportive environments), therapeutic methods during frustration (cognitive reframing, legitimate emotional release), and post-crisis methods (review, learning, connecting suffering to higher meaning). The third chapter presented teaching mechanisms, including diverse strategies (storytelling, modeling, dialogue, practice, technology) and practical activities (workshops, case studies, empathetic role-playing, group projects). The research concluded that Western studies suffer from neglecting the spiritual dimension while the Islamic perspective offers a holistic view; that the Prophetic methodology encompasses preventive, therapeutic, and post-crisis dimensions; and that teaching it requires integrating theoretical strategies with practical activities. It recommends incorporating the methodology into curricula, conducting teacher training courses, establishing specialized counseling units in schools, and conducting field studies.
