The author resides in Iraq:

Fulfilling the officially specified publishing fees (the number of search pages for (20) pages at an amount of 75 thousand Iraqi dinars. In the event that the number of papers exceeds that, an amount of (3000) dinars will be added for each paper in excess of the prescribed number. The maximum increase does not exceed (30) pages ).
